Please make sure that you read the following terms and conditions carefully before you register for an account with Online Design Study or use any of our products or services.

Accounts

This site is owned by GAZELLE SERVICES FZ-LLC with offices located in BIZ00646 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In order to purchase and download course material and bespoke packages or to book a session with one of our creative experts then all clients will need to first create an account on www.onlinedesignstudy.com. There are no membership or subscription fees for opening an account, and all products and services are paid for separately.

Setting up an account will require clients to enter some personal information about themselves such as their name and email address as well as creating a secure password. Please make sure that you also read our privacy policy to see how we handle and secure personal information.

Working with our designers

Clients are able to book individual sessions with our designers which take place over video conferencing software. Clients will need to create an account in order to log on to the website www.onlinedesignstudy.com and fill in the form detailing the brief of the services that they require.

This service is open to all clients and will be priced differently depending on the client brief. All clients may receive a no fee and no obligation quote for this service by providing as much information about their proposed project as possible.

All sessions with designers need to be paid for in advance and we do not offer refunds for this service.

Clients are responsible for providing our designers with as much information as possible when working on specific projects. This will include any content, images or other specifications which may be needed in order to carry out the design work. Clients are able to review and give feedback for revisions throughout the project and the final version will not go live until all revisions have been assessed and agreed.

Bespoke courses

All of the courses that we offer come in bespoke packages depending on client needs and requirements. Again, these are all priced differently but the client will be informed of the final price before they purchase and download the content.

Clients must pay for all of the courses in full before they are able to download and use them.

Payments

All payments are digital and both Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment. We work with a third-party payment provider who processes all of our online payments on our behalf as well as providing additional security measures to protect your financial information.

For all products and services, both course material and sessions with designers, clients are required to pay the final balance in full before they are able to access any of these services. All of our invoices are provided digitally and will be sent to the client's email address which is associated with their account.

The following billing descriptor ODSGZ, UAE will be displayed on your future credit card statements.

Refunds, Delivery Of Products And Terminations And Cancellations

We do not accept refunds for work with designers. In the event that the client is unsatisfied with this service then they may discontinue using it at any time. Refunds for course material will only be considered in the event that there has been an error which has been caused on our part. This could include if the wrong course package has been sent to you by accident, or if the content material that you have received is faulty or otherwise differs greatly from the description. Refunds are only ever issued in our sole discretion, and clients looking to obtain a refund will need to get in touch with us in writing detailing why they require a refund within five working days of receiving their products.

All course material and content packages are delivered electronically via email using the email address which has been provided alongside the client account. It is important to check that this email is verified and is the correct address as we shall not be liable for any deliveries which do not arrive due to client error in providing incorrect contact information. We do everything we can to ensure that our delivery is instant, but in some cases for larger files it may take up to 24 hours for it to arrive. In the event that it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received your order then please get in touch with customer services as soon as possible and someone will look into this for you.

Customers may cancel or terminate their account with us at any time by contacting the support page. It is helpful for us for clients to communicate in writing why they have decided to terminate their account, but this is optional.

In the event that we suspect that any of our clients are in violation of any of these terms and conditions then we may choose to suspend or terminate their account immediately and without prior warning.

Digital Content Usage Rights

All purchased digital content will be made available to the customer as soon as the payment has been received and fully processed by us. Once the payment has been completed and the content has been delivered, the customer is granted a limited right to use the content for their personal use only.

Clients are not permitted to use or modify any of the courses that they purchase through www.onlinedesignstudy.com for any other reason other than for their own personal use.

Liability

The website www.onlinedesignstudy.com does not accept any liability for any potential losses of earnings experienced by businesses when a new website goes live. This includes if the service must be taken off-line for any maintenance related issues, server problems, viruses, or any payment in arrears from the customer.

The website www.onlinedesignstudy.com also does not accept liability for any missed deadlines or pre-determined launch dates. This includes if there has been a delay in the customer providing information that has been requested at any stage in the process. This also includes any additional work or last-minute changes.
